DESCRIPTION:In this contribution we present a collection of highly optimize
 d GPU\nsignal-processing libraries that form the building blocks for a new
 \ngeneration of radio-astronomical correlator and beam-former\napplication
 s.  This collection was developed by several partners in\nthe EU-funded RA
 DIOBLOCKS project.  It includes\, amongst others a\nPolyPhase filter bank\
 , the Tensor-Core Correlator\, a Tensor-Core Beam\nFormer and a VLBI-capab
 le delay correction module.  We describe how\nrecent AI driven GPU hardwar
 e developments\, as well as developments in\nthe software ecosystem\, have
  made it possible to achieve significant\nimprovements in power-efficiency
  for these building blocks.  We\ndiscuss briefly how these "radio blocks" 
 will be deployed in (upgrades\nof) correlator/beam-former applications for
  a variety of radio\ntelescopes such as LOFAR\, the Effelsberg radio teles
 cope\, the Irbene\nSingle Baseline Interferometer (ISBI) and the European 
 VLBI Network\n(EVN).  Finally we provide some practical examples of the pr
 ogramming\ntechniques that we've used that could be used in other applicat
 ions.
